Q: What are my shipping options? A: Enjoy FREE USPS Priority Shipping on all U.S. orders over $125. Eligibility for free shipping is accounted for before taxes and after discount codes are applied.

We cannot be held responsible for lost orders or damaged items during transit of First Class Mail. Please understand that once it leaves our hands it is now in the responsibility of the US Postal Service to get it to you safely in good condition. To assure that your package is insured, you may choose the USPS Priority Flat Rate Mail option.

All orders shipped outside the US may be subject to local customs fees or duties. Every country has different procedures and fees for incoming packages. Matterial Fix does not have information on customs or duties and we are not able to estimate these charges. If you choose to refuse your shipment from Matterial Fix, you will be responsible for any duties, taxes and/or custom charges that are incurred on the package, as well as the cost of the return label.
Customs processing may delay packages an additional 10 business days, so shipping times for international orders will vary by country. Matterial Fix cannot guarantee delivery dates on international orders.
Q: How fast do you process my shipment? A: All orders placed Monday – Friday by 12PM Pacific Time will be processed the same day and shipped once payment is verified and authorized. Orders placed on the weekend will be processed and shipped the following Monday. You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is shipped.
Returns & Exchanges
Q: How do I make a return?
A: If you are not 100% satisfied with your product and would like to return it, please complete the form at the bottom of this page. When we receive your return form, we’ll send you a confirmation for your return. Packages should be returned to PO Box 12533, Costa Mesa, CA 92627. Make sure to include a copy of the receipt you received with your order in your return package.
Matterial Fix can only refund money onto the original account for 15 days past the original ship date. Once we receive your return it will take 2-3 business days for processing and it may take up to 1 full billing cycle to appear on your statement, depending on your bank. You will receive an email confirming your return and money refunded. Shipping is non-refundable.
Q: How do I make an exchange?
A: If the jewelry you received is defective, we will replace it for you at no charge. Once you complete the form below, we’ll email you a confirmation for the exchange and a return label for shipment. Make sure to include a copy of the receipt you received with your order in your return package
Matterial Fix exchanges product within 15 days of the original ship date. Please make sure your exchange is made within these 15 days. Exchanges take 1-2 business days for processing and 2-3 business days to ship back to you. If the item you’d like to exchange for has a price difference for more than the original product, you will be contacted to charge your credit card the difference. If the item has a price difference for less than the original, the original card will be refunded the difference. Please do not include cash or check.
Q: Do I have to pay to ship a return or exchange?
A: Customers are responsible for shipping on returns and exchanges. Matterial Fix will pay for shipping on exchanges if you received the jewelry and it was damaged. We advise using a service that is traceable since Matterial Fix is not responsible for items being returned that are lost in transit.
Q: What if I lost the order receipt for a return or exchange?
A: Please email [email protected] and we would be happy to retrieve your order number and receipt for you.
Q: Are sale items returnable?
A: Sale items are considered final sales and not eligible for return.
Q: I think my order got lost in the mail. What do I do?
A: If you have not received your order in the allotted time, please email [email protected] and we will track it for you.
